TERMS OF SERVICE
I currently do not accept commercial commissions. All commissions are for personal use only.I have the right to decline a commission if I feel as though my skill may not meet your request or if it falls under subjects I won't do.I own all rights to my work. Using my work to train any AI model is prohibited.
My art may not be used for NFTs.I am allowed to include any artwork in my portfolio. I am allowed to post them on my socials unless requested otherwise.

If you have any specific poses or expressions in mind, please let me know.Sharing and reposting is allowed as long as credit is given.
I will send a watermarked and non-watermarked PNG. Please use the watermarked version when posting online.You may not heavily edit your commission without my permission. Cropping and slight colour edits are OK.Please note that I am a full-time college student, and I have a job, so work may slow down. Please allow for 2 months max in case a problem occurs. Don't be afraid to ask for updates or a refund if I end up taking too long!*You can communicate with me through Ko-fi messages, Email, or any of the socials listed at the bottom.
Process
Upon starting, I may send multiple concept sketches to work with.
I will send progress images of the sketch for you to review and revise. I will allow up to 6 revisions before I proceed with the artwork.In later stages of the process, 3 minor revisions may be requested. More than three or any major revisions will cost an additional fee of $5 that must be paid before I proceed with the adjustments.
Payment
All commissions must be paid up front. You may use my Ko-fi to purchase a commission, or pay me directly using Venmo or Cashapp: @omomao.
I DO NOT USE PAYPAL, Sorry!If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. I will keep a minimum of 25%,If I feel like I won't be able to complete your commission, I will notify you. You will receive a full refund If I haven't completed the sketch and 50% I've completed the lineart and beyond.
By commissioning me, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
